What happens
once I submit an order?
Once you have submitted an order and provided the pharmacy with
the required information (Authorization & Consent form, Customs
form, and faxed a copy of the original prescription)
your order will be reviewed by the pharmacist and one of the
affiliated medical practitioners.
Based on their review and approval, your order will be fullfilled
and you will receive confirmation of shipment. This process make take up to 24
hours based on the time zone in which you are located.
Should for any reason your purchase not be accepted, your transaction
will be reversed and you will receive a confirmation and explanation
as to why your order was reversed.
Why do I have to provide an original prescription?
State laws require the presence of an original prescription and
will have to be verified by a local medical practitioner. This
is a federal regulation for your own protection.
When will my order be reviewed?
Your order will be reviewed within 24 hours and you will receive
confirmation on the outcome of the review. Again this is for your
own protection in case conflicting medications are prescribed.
Do you ship orders every day?
We ship on every business day with the exception of public holidays.
We currently use only one shipment method for security purposes
(standard mail).
Can I call-in
an order?
Unfortunately not as your are obliged by law
to provide us with the necessary documentation to fulfill your order.
How do I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation upon approval of your
order. If you do not receive your shipment within 10 working days,
please notify us by e-mail or toll free number and we will track
your shipment for you and notify you on the status.
Will you accept returns?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on medication due to sanitary
reasons.
